Cancel & Refund Policy
In case of you cannot make it on the day, here's our cancel policy:
7 Days or longer before the date: 95% Refund (Payment gateway charge are bear by cancelling players)
3 ~6 Days before the date: 50% Refund
1 Day before/Not appearing: 0% Refund
Waiting List policy
If you registered but cannot make the payment (out of stock), It means it was fully booked at the moment. But, Don't Worry! We got you covered!
If there's people cannot attend, we will inform you via WhatsApp and we will guide you through the payment and put you into our participating list once confirmation and payment is made!
National Championship Qualifier
2026 National Championships will use XP awarded from participating and playing in Road to Nationals tournaments to generate additional ranking based invitations.
Players will be invited to their respective National Championship based on:
- Qualifying through Top 4 placement at a Road to Nationals event
- Qualifying through accumulated Road to Nationals XP in the 2026 season
- Winning a 2025 National Championship (2025 National Champions are automatically qualified for 2026 National Championships)
- Redeeming a Professional Tournament Invitation
In the exceptionally rare case where several players are tied at the same XP for the final ranking based invitation, Legend Story Studios in its sole discretion may use Lifetime XP to break these ties.
Qualified player lists will be posted on (or soon after) February 6, 2026, following the end of the 2026 Road to Nationals season.
